The Rebuild Process
Each Machine is fully stripped and all the individual components disassembled.
All the parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
The machine bed and individual parts are painted.
The Bed slides, Regulator Wheel Housing, Dressers and Gibs are ground and scraped “in house”.
The spindle bearings are checked and if necessary new bearing surfaces are applied. The bearings are hand scraped.
Lubricating systems are updated to minimise slide and spindle wear.
All Hoses, fittings, belts, sprockets and gears replaced.
Convert or modernise the grinder depending on customers’ requirements.
Update Control panel and electrics to meet customers' needs.
Spray paint the machine to customers' colour choice.
Prepare and setup machine for customers' testing and approval.
